About Meghan
I believe healing happens in relationships, not in isolation. My work is built on that foundation. Whether we are exploring the challenges of everyday life or the more intimate terrain of sexuality, identity, and connection, I am here to hold space with curiosity, warmth, and zero judgment.
I have spent my life working with people. From years in the restaurant industry to over a decade teaching Pilates, I have always been drawn to the moments of real human connection that happen when someone feels truly seen. As a therapist, I feel genuinely honored to sit with the vulnerable, intimate, and often unspoken parts of the people.
If you are nervous about starting therapy, or curious about sex therapy and unsure what to expect, I hope you will find here a warm, grounded presence and an invitation to get curious about yourself — with less shame and more compassion than you might be used to giving yourself. Healing rarely happens in the shadows. Bringing light and space to your struggles is where the real work begins.
My background as a Pilates instructor shapes how I approach healing. I believe the body carries wisdom the mind does not always have words for, and I weave that understanding into my work through mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — alongside evidence-based approaches like Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and ACT.
My office and studio are located in Beacon, NY, in the heart of the beautiful Huston Valley.
