Sex, Relationship & Individual Therapy
As a therapist, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself — whether you're navigating the challenges of everyday life or the more intimate questions of sexuality, desire, and connection.
I work with individuals, couples, and polycules of all gender identities on a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, trauma, and life transitions, as well as sexual and intimacy issues and relationship challenges. I am committed to affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals and sex workers, holding space to explore your experiences without shame or stigma.
In addition to talk therapy, my background as a Pilates instructor informs a holistic, body-centered approach. I draw from traditional modalities like CBT and ACT alongside mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness — weaving together evidence-based tools and body-centered practices to support the powerful connection between mind and body in healing and empowerment.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baruch College. I am a provisionally licensed therapist practicing under the supervision of Cristina Shea LCSW.
